Carrie Schmitt is a proud mama to two boys, one in heaven and one on earth. She is a social worker, fundraiser, grief advocate, and activist for childhood cancer research. In 2020, she founded Love Like Jackson, a 501c3 organization that funds arts, music, and play therapy for children with sibling loss. To date, she’s raised over $140K for osteosarcoma research, and collaborated with leading physicians to save other children’s lives.
